By accessing and using Blazing MRPACKTOZIP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Blazing MRPACKTOZIP provides a free, client-side tool for converting Modrinth .mrpack files to ZIP format. The Service runs entirely in your web browser and does not upload your files to any server.

Use of Service

Permitted Use:

• Convert .mrpack files for personal or commercial use
• Use converted files with any Minecraft launcher
• Share converted files with others
• Use the Service unlimited times at no cost

Prohibited Use:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or malicious files
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of mod creators

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blazing MRPACKTOZIP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Converted modpacks contain mods created by third-party developers. You must respect the licenses and terms of use for each individual mod. Blazing MRPACKTOZIP is not responsible for mod licensing or distribution rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of converted files
• Warranties that all mods will download successfully

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAZING MRPACKTOZIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or corrupted files
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Damage to your computer or device
• Issues arising from mod incompatibilities
• Minecraft account bans or restrictions

Third-Party Content

The Service downloads mod files from Modrinth's CDN and other third-party sources. We are not responsible for:

• Availability or reliability of third-party services
• Content, quality, or safety of downloaded mods
• Mod compatibility with your Minecraft version
• Licensing or distribution rights of individual mods

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use and distribute converted modpacks
• Respecting mod creators' licenses and terms of use
• Backing up important files before conversion
• Using a modern, secure web browser
• Verifying converted files before use

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
